Please review this policy carefully when purchasing merchandise or products from Timber Services. This policy applies only to physical goods shipped or delivered—not to services performed (tree care, landscaping, or snow removal).

 

 

Shipping and Pickup Options

 

  • Local Pickup: Pickup may be available by arrangement for specific items (such as firewood, de-icing materials, or merchandise). Details will be provided at checkout or via direct communication.

  • Standard Shipping: We offer shipping for merchandise and select products through third-party carriers. In some cases, fulfillment may be managed directly by a third-party supplier.

  • Shipping Fees: Our carriers or fulfillment partners determine shipping costs, which will be displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated Delivery: All delivery dates are provided in good faith but are estimates only. Delays may occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or carrier disruptions.

 

Note: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless otherwise noted, deliveries will be made within 30 days of order acceptance.

 

 

International Shipping

 

We currently offer international shipping to most countries. Please note:

 

  • Free shipping is not valid on international orders.

  • Additional customs duties, import taxes, or country-specific fees may apply, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • Timber Services is not responsible for delays or restrictions imposed by customs.

 

Shipping Restrictions

 

We cannot deliver to:

 

  • Crimea (Ukraine), Luhansk (Ukraine), Donetsk (Ukraine), Russia, Belarus, Gaza Strip (Palestine), Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea.

Shipping limitations may also apply to:

 

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern Mariana Islands, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. military bases, and certain overseas territories.

 

Delayed Orders

 

If your order is delayed, we will notify you with a revised estimated delivery date as soon as possible.

 

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights.
