Community Guidelines for Courses, Events, and Membership Spaces

 

Welcome to Timber Services’ community. Whether you are here for training courses, seasonal events, membership benefits, or ongoing discussions, you are part of a space built on respect, learning, and connection. All members must follow these guidelines to keep this environment safe and constructive.

 

1. Respect and Kindness

  • Treat every member with courtesy, even when opinions differ.

  • No personal attacks, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or bullying.

  • Diversity of backgrounds and experiences is valued, and differences should be respected.

 

2. Safe and Supportive Environment

  • No spam, unauthorized promotions, or solicitation.

  • Respect boundaries: do not share private conversations outside the community.

  • Always ask before sharing someone else’s contact information, ideas, or work.

  • Content provided through our site, courses, or memberships is educational only and should not replace professional advice in legal, medical, or financial matters.

 

3. Integrity and Contribution

  • Share only content you own or have permission to use.

  • Avoid plagiarism, pirated materials, or unauthorized copying.

  • Contribute thoughtfully—ask questions, offer encouragement, and engage constructively.

  • Credit others when referencing their work or ideas.

 

4. Privacy and Confidentiality

  • Respect the privacy of fellow members.

  • Sharing screenshots, recordings, or course/community content outside the space is prohibited unless permission is given.

 

5. Events and Courses

  • Be on time and prepared for live events or training.

  • Respect facilitators and participants by minimizing distractions.

  • Provide feedback respectfully; disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

 

6. Health and Safety

  • Our events, courses, and resources may include general guidance on safety, landscaping practices, or seasonal care. This information is for educational purposes only.

  • Always consult a qualified professional before making health, financial, or legal decisions.

  • By participating, you accept responsibility for your own choices and outcomes.

 

7. Enforcement and Moderation

  • Violations of these guidelines may result in warnings, content removal, or removal from the community without refund.

  • All moderation decisions are final and designed to protect a safe and thriving environment.

 

8. By Joining, You Agree

 

By enrolling in a course, attending an event, or joining the Timber Services community, you agree to:

  • Follow these guidelines.

  • Respect the decisions of moderators.

  • Take responsibility for your own actions and well-being.

 

Enforcement Process

 

All user-generated content is monitored to maintain a respectful space. Content that violates these guidelines or our Acceptable Use Policy may be flagged for review.

 

Moderators may take the following actions:

  1. Initial Violation: Content may be removed, and a warning may be issued. Posting may be temporarily restricted.

  2. Continued Violations: Posting rights may be suspended or blocked.

  3. Serious or Repeated Violations: Accounts may be permanently restricted from the Services without refund.

 

These actions are at moderators' sole discretion and are intended to protect the integrity, safety, and purpose of the Timber Services community.
