Refund Policy

At Timber Services, we take great pride in the quality and professionalism of our services, courses, events, and merchandise. Because of the nature of our business, refunds are only available in very limited circumstances, as outlined below.

 

1. Services (Tree Care, Landscaping, and Winter Work)

 

All services performed are non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued once tree care, landscaping, snow removal, or other contracted services are completed.

 

If you believe work was not completed per the signed service agreement, you must contact us immediately to discuss the issue. Service concerns will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and any corrective action is at the sole discretion of Timber Services.

 

2. Merchandise (Apparel, Gear, and Physical Products)

 

We may issue a replacement or refund only if:

  • The product qualifies for a replacement or refund through our third-party distributor, Printful

  • The product arrives damaged or defective,

  • You contact us within seven days of delivery with proof of damage, and

  • The item has not been worn, used, or altered.

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Normal wear and tear,

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind, or

  • Issues reported outside the seven-day window.

 

3. Courses and Events

  • Digital courses: All sales are final. Refunds are not available once access is granted.

  • Live or in-person events: Cancellations made more than seven days before the event may be eligible for a credit toward a future event. Cancellations made within seven days of the event, or non-attendance, are non-refundable.

 

4. Eligibility Review

 

If your purchase meets the conditions outlined above, Timber Services may issue either:

  • A replacement item, or

  • A refund to the original form of payment.

 

All decisions are made at our sole discretion.
