Trademarks, Brand Assets, and Usage Permissions

Timber Services (“Timber Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) retains all rights in its registered and common-law trademarks, logos, wordmarks, service marks, trade dress, and other brand identifiers, including but not limited to Timber Services, any associated program or course names, taglines, and visual identity elements (collectively, the “Timber Services Marks”). These marks are legally protected. Any use of the Timber Services Marks must be consistent with our brand guidelines and the mission and purpose of Timber Services.

Prohibited uses include (without limitation):

Using the Timber Services Marks to solicit funds, promote products/services, or endorse organizations outside Timber Services without express written permission.
Any representation that implies an official partnership, endorsement, certification, or affiliation with Timber Services without express written permission.
Altering, distorting, or combining our marks with other graphics, words, or designs in a way that could cause confusion.

Copyrighted Materials

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all materials on this website— including written content, photographs, videos, graphics, artwork, training materials, downloadable PDFs, course lessons, and other media (collectively, the “Copyrighted Materials”)—are the exclusive property of Timber Services, LLC. All rights reserved.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, publish, adapt, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any Copyrighted Materials, in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, without prior express written permission from Timber Services.

This prohibition applies to both commercial and non-commercial uses, free or paid, in print or digital media. No portion of the Copyrighted Materials may be excerpted or incorporated into other works without permission.

Copyrighted Materials may not be used to:

Imply an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation with Timber Services unless written permission has been granted;
Advertise or promote third-party goods, services, or events;
Raise funds for or promote any other organization or initiative outside Timber Services.

Required attribution notice (when permission is granted):

Any use beyond what is explicitly permitted requires written authorization from Timber Services. Permission may be granted or denied at our sole discretion.

Website Linking Policy

You may create a plain, descriptive link to https://www.timberservicesmi.com for informational purposes only. Prior written permission is required if the link is associated with the promotion or sale of a product, service, or event, or could imply endorsement.

If you wish to use a Timber Services logo with your link, please request permission and use only our approved logo files. Do not copy, modify, or screenshot brand elements from our site.

Any design mockups or samples, if available

We will review requests and respond at our sole discretion. Additional conditions (such as attribution language, size/placement rules, color usage, or term limits) may apply.
